Thank you for your interest in the Museum of Florida Art and our facility rental program. We are conveniently located in downtown DeLand near Stetson University. Our Galleries and Reception Areas are suitable for a variety of functions.
The Lower Lobby is frequently used for receptions, as it can accommodate a group of up to 150 and there is ample space for bar service, buffet tables and a small musical group or DJ. Use of the kitchen is included, and local caterers are familiar with the layout. Information about local caterers can be provided upon request. Availability of this space is determined by the Museum’s Special Events Schedule and Gallery Hours.
The Lower Gallery can seat up to 120 and is suitable for meetings and private functions. Availability of this space is determined by the Museum’s Exhibitions Schedule and Gallery Hours.
Tables and chairs are available on request and are included with rental of any of our spaces. Additional items, such as audio-visual equipment, may be available on request and are subject to additional fees.
Rental Pricing is based on which of our spaces you wish to rent, and for how long.
