Thank you for your interest in holding an event at the Museum of Florida Art. We are conveniently located in downtown DeLand near Stetson University. Our galleries, reception areas and performance spaces are suitable for a variety of functions.
The Lower Lobby is frequently used for receptions, as it can accommodate a group of up to 150 and there is ample space for bar service, buffet tables and a small musical group or DJ. Use of the kitchen is included, and local caterers are familiar with the layout. Information about the caterers can be provided upon request.
The Lower Gallery can seat up to 120 and is suitable for banquets and meetings. Availability of this space is determined by the art work on display.
The Theater seats 240 and is available for live performances and can also be used as an auditorium. This space is self-contained and includes the Back Stage area, Green Room, Dressing Room and Restrooms.
Tables and chairs are provided; linens are not provided. We can also provide a podium and microphone.
Pricing is based on which of our space(s) you wish to rent, and for how long.
